We ship from China to the United States, Canada and Mexico, and to 26 countries in Europe. The full list of destinations is shown at checkout. If your country does not appear there, please email us at carolchouzyj@gmail.com before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship to you.
Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we ship to. There are no shipping charges and no minimum order value. Estimated delivery: North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) approximately 10-20 working days; Europe approximately 15-20 working days. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.
* The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. We work continuously to improve delivery times, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
* If you received a tracking number from us but tracking has not been updated since then, please don't worry. Since it is an overseas shipment, there is still another international tracking number that we could check, and you may send us an email to check on the international tracking number and shipment. So it is actually updated and on the way to you, but it would take some time to get updated on the tracking number you first received.
